Hikma Programming and Rehabilitation of PLC/SCADA system of Sterile Plant

Project Overview

This project included modifications on the hardware and software in the control system of Rosenmund Sterile Plant. The control system was based on Siemens S7-300 PLC connected with two touch panels in LOP and ROP and with PC station.
Some modifications were made on the hardware to increase the performance and functionality of the system and to solve the problems that have affected the production process.
WinCC Flexible SP1 that was used in the old runtime design was upgraded to WinCC Flexible SP3 and SP5 and Siemens STEP 7 was used in the PLC program.
