Project Overview

Electrical installation services for industrial facilities, Qatar National Cement Line #5, the main contractor is Fives FCB and our company is the contractor for electrical installation and commissioning the scope include the following:
MV, LV MCC, LV MDB, Marshalling and control panels in substations.
Local control panels and liquid starters for slip ring motors.
Distribution and VFD transformers.
Cable ladder installation on the substations basement and electric tunnel.
Cable ways and conduit pips in the field.
Process instrumentation installation and piping.
MV, LV, control, instrumentation and optical fiber cable pulling and termination.
Lighting and Street lighting installation.
AC in the substations.
Fire alarm and firefighting.
Emergency generator.
Commissioning and no-load test.
