Subba Water Treatment Plant Programming and Commissioning of PLC Control System and field instrumentation

Project Overview

This project involved full PLC and SCADA system design and full start-up of Subba Water treatment plant. Levant Engineering performed complete field instrumentation calibration and testing, cables testing, MCC drawers energizing. S7-1500 PLC was supplied, programmed and connected to ABB remote I/O modules. The SCADA program was configured on WinCC V7.5.
Training was conducted for T.O.C crew of engineers and operators which included full process explanation on site and SCADA system control (graphics, faceplates, pop-up windows, alarms and trends).
